Wow, this guy looked hungry…

Got pretty much a full week off work at the moment, so my Monday afternoon was devoted to the acheivment of true spiritual enlightenment through Perpetual LFG. It didnt work, but I got a damn sweet party out of it. Now look at this next somewhat hilarious image if you will.

Look closer… The bit where it says Black Mage 49? Unbeleivable. All it would have taken for this party to show while I spent almost a week of my life LFG! 4k to 50, hell it was good enough for Ouryu.

Set up this fight is Moonshield on White Mage, Havster on Ninja, Javaa Warrior, Foehammer Ranger, Dunne Red Mage and myself aforementioned Black Mage 49. Note the 49 – 50 difference adds your first Ancient Magic spell, and Magic Attack Bonus upgrade.

Battle went pretty much according to plan, a nasty breath attack nailed Havster, and I couldnt Stun it at all, so Javaa tanked the final part. Dunne also managed to stick around 5 sleeps on it, and he gave up at near 40%, so I think the battle has been made somewhat easier in a recent update, as most guides say its max Sleep is 4, and that he quits at 30%.

Easier or not, I do not care. Once again we beat a potential sticking point in CoP, with no hassle whatsoever. Sadly, this fight was a little bit of an anti climax. Maybe if he had given up at 30% as I had expected it would have been more fun, especially with our Ninja taking a fall. Most of us didnt even get to 2 hour ._.

Still, its a step further, and was great fun doing this mission with my friends. I really appreciate CoP for the chance its given me to hang out with these guys ^^
